Are you in need of an art fix, a day of inspiration? If your answer is
yes, then I have just the thing for you.
About an hour and half from San Antonio, in the hill county town of
Kerrville, lies a wonderful Museum, The Museum of Western Art
. They are currently hosting an
outstanding exhibition which features the works of Scott Christensen
and Quang Ho
. If you are not familiar with them, please
take the time to look at their websites and, if you can make it to see
the exhibit, it will be one you will not forget.

July 20 - September 21, 2024
The exhibition will feature the work of two of the top landscape
artists in the world. This two-man exhibition brings together the
genius of Christensen and Ho, each providing a different and yet
complimentary look at the landscapes of the American West
On the Museum's website are two podcasts
they did with the
artists. It will enhance your visit to listen to them before visiting
and help you appreciate them even more once you learn what they have
overcome and how their personal work ethic led to their becoming the
artists they are today.
